Spend a day learning how to make cheese at Nettlebed Creamery - producers of award-winning organic cheese. Our carefully crafted Cheese Making course will teach you:
- how to make cheese
- how to taste cheese
- guidance on buying cheese
As well as information on:
- lacto-fermentation
- the role of the gut microbiome
- good farming practice and how not all milk is created equal
And importantly:
- a day spent with like-minded curious people eating good food
